The AVK company creates a new independent brend on the basis of the trade mark «Zhuvilend»
The «AVK» company brings up the «Zhuvilend» trade mark from under the umbrella brand «AVK». In near future on the basis of this trade mark another umbrella brand will be created.
According to the words of Vladislav Averchenko, the director of Marketing and Sales Department, self-sufficient promotion of TM «Zhuvilend» will allow to develope the category of chewing sweets more effectively. The promotion methods will differ substantially from “mother” brand «AVK», that combined mainly chocolate sweets.
The “Avk” company's marketers and technologists renewed the product and developed new positions in the category of chewing sweets. New sweets “Kucheriava kola” and “Shalena polunytsya” have been put into production already.
The packaging of the «Zhuvilend» products will be also changed very soon. For instance, on the logotype of the trade mark there will be no inscription TM “AVK”, and the “heros” on the packing will show up in a new appearance.
Taking out of new products and re-designing of the trade mark is accompanied by huge advertising campaign on the television, in press and the trade-marketing activity in retail stores. Thus, the degustation of new products will be held in retail and the advertising posters will be placed on the floor near the domestic shelf.
“We expect that scaled advertising and marketing activities that are planned for the whole year will allow us to raise «Zhuvilend» brand recognition among target audience up to 55%. And for all that, I am sure we will be able to increase sales volume in this category by the end of the year”, - says Vladislav Averchenko.
The «AVK» was the first among the ukrainian companies that started to produce chewing sweets on the basis of organic components. Today the company is a leader in this niche of domestic confectionary market and occupies about 30% in monetary terms.
The «Zhuvilend» sweets possess additional values, that make them healthful. It is one of the most low-calories products on the ukrainian market – 100g of «Zhuvilend» sweets contains only 0,1 g of fat. Besides, sweets are enriched by fruit juices and vitamins – 100g of the product contains 80% of vitamin C daily rate.
In the 2007 TM «Zhuvilend» became a General sponsor of the All-ukrainian table hockey championship, whith partisipation of 210 thousand pupils.
