AVK Company expands its range of sugar-free products
The AVK Company is announcing the market launch of a new product – Sugar-free Milk Chocolate. This launch will expand the company’s range of its sugar-free products to meet the growing consumers demand trends.
This type of chocolate is aimed at the consumers who are conscious about their health and healthy diet, and not just those who do not consume sugar under prescriptions. Besides that, the AVK’s Sugar-free Milk Chocolate serves as an excellent antioxidant and antidepressant while stimulating general rejuvenation and dermatological health.
The AVK Company is the only national confectionary manufacturer today that produces sugar-free chocolate. All other sugar-free chocolate categories present in the Ukrainian market are mostly imported from Germany and Russia. Some of those imported products are in fact not even natural chocolate but confectionary substitutes.
“Despite research and development complexity in sugar-free formula creation, the AVK specialists have come up with a high-quality product, which is up to the standards of international peer products,” mentions the Head of Production of the AVK confectionary company, Oleg Garyazha. “AVK’s sugar-free chocolate is produced from high-quality cacao oil while its price is significantly lower than of its Western peer products.”
The principal distinction of the AVK’s sugar-free chocolate in comparison with regular chocolate is in the substitution of sugars (made of sugar beets) by fructose, which is normally contained in fruit, nectar and honey. This fact makes the AVK’s Sugar-free Milk Chocolate a great nutrition suggestion to those who are exposed to intensive physical activity, as well as those who have to limit glucose and sucrose consumption for one reason or another.
“We are supportive of the tendency of fructose-based production by Ukrainian confectionaries,” says the President of the International Diabetes Association of Ukraine, Ludmila Ivanovna Petrenko. “Our country has a great number of people to whom sugars are contra-indicated. Thus, any new product of the kind lets us fully enjoy the taste of life and feel just like any other sweet-lover. Besides, imported fructose-based products are not affordable to everyone.”
AVK has been offering sugar-free dark chocolate and has now introduced sugar-free milk chocolate. The company plans to continue expanding this range in the future.
