AVK motivates creativity of its staff
AVK summed up the results of corporate contest "World through the eyes of employees AVK” .For three months each employee, who wished to participate in the contest, could send one or more the best photographs taken by him.
Requirements to works were limited only by quality of image, idea and theme depended only on the imagination of the author. Photo Contest guidelines are based on corporate policy of AVK, namely, to encourage domestic innovation, finding and implementing non-standard ideas.
Thus, it is not surprising that the jury, consisting of the heads of the company, got an easy task - choose from nearly a thousand photographs of staff AVK from Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, the most interesting and original work. Knowing colleagues as talented and bold experimentation in the confectionery business, the jury members and partners of the company were pleasantly surprised by the versatile talents of the team AVK.
As a result, the jury selected 12 works. Their authors will receive a significant cash prize, and pictures will be published later in the corporate publishing, presentation materials, will form the basis of corporate screen saver on your PC, etc.

It’s very nice to realize, that you work in the Company, who value creativity of employees. As technologist I implement my creativity in my work, but I also like different interesting tasks apart from professional sphere.
We have been waiting for the list of the winners unpasionately, it was very interesting to know who is the author of the lovely photos. I’d like to thank organizers and participants of the contest for the good atmosphere and very interesting photos.

Travelling in the world I always wonder and open for myself something new. And I try to fix all my impressions on the photos, but I was not expecting to win. There were so many beautiful pictures! Besides I was the latest participant. I just want to share my impressions with my colleagues, tj show them something they probably haven’t seen before. Good estimation of my photos by colleagues and jury very inspire me for new invention.
