The AVK company suggested journalists «individual» business cases
The confectionery company «AVK» has organized a round table in the form of case-workshop «How to raise effectiveness of employees' work: experience of other companies». The main goal of the conference was to show examples of Ukrainian companies' business practice in the field of human resources development to the business mass media journalists.
HR-experts of big Ukrainian companies that work in the different market fields such as confectionary company «AVK», pharmaceutical corporation «Arterium», international automobile holding company «Atlant-M», IT-company «Inkom», consulting company «Hudson Global Resources», research company GfK Ukraine, and also representatives of leading Ukrainian business editions took part in the case-workshop. HR-experts showed journalists the successfully solved tasks of staff management and raising effectiveness of employees' work from their companies' experience. Practical examples of their work they presented in the form of business cases: problem, tools, results.
Acquaintance with experience of companies working in various branch of industry with different???? business features and also supplemented with integrated information of independent consultants and researchers, allowed to present journalists extensive material for publications about human resources development.
